- I write.
- Sometimes in p.j.’s.
- I am passionate about writing as defined by Merriam: 2. a : capable of, affected by, or expressing intense feeling.
- Peonies are my faves — never birds-of-paradise. They are funerals and chic rolled into one.
- Speaking of chic, I prefer flip flops. Barefoot, better.
- I am *achoo* to creatures that shed, drool, growl, meow, and chirp — not to snakes, frogs or LIZARDS. Caps Lock = run away screaming.
- Recovering caffeine addict.
- I ❤ the NHL. Here’s what it’s not: face-offs aren’t Western shootouts, shut-outs aren’t “in the doghouse,” hooking is not, well, hooking up, there’s no cake in icing, slashing isn’t 40 – life, there’s no water in boarding, and Enter Sandman is not a bedtime story.
- I have had many nicknames in my life: Pammy, Puhmella, Pamehla, Par, Pam Anne, Pamanner, but my favorite is still Sweet Pea (love you, Dad).
- . I try to live honestly. What does that mean? Minimization of Regrets seeking Happiness, Peace, and Long Walks on the Beach.
- This is a creative blog expressly for me yet shared with you. It’s my thoughts, my feelings, my absurdities, my idiosyncrasies. ¿Comprende?
Hi, Thanks for stopping by =) I appreciate the like and comment. Wouldn’t wish experiencing the feelings in “i let go” on anyone…but it’s always sad but comforting to know that you’re not alone =)
I look forward to reading your poetry. Take care, Que. =)
I was glad to. Oh, you didn’t–it’s just that I could relate. That’s one great aspect of poetry. You are not alone. We all are here in cyberspace. Thanks for coming by. 🙂 P
Thanks for finding me. You share the beautiful, too, I see! I look forward to exploring your blog. Btb… Chai has been very inspirational for me. I am a true tea snob. But, I’m still a coffee junkie.
I’m glad to “meet” you, too. Thanks for coming over! Chai lattes are substitutes for my first love :-). They are poor substitutes–in my eyes–but I am grateful for having something to drink that tastes good! Please, let’s stop the coffee talk now. I will need rehab! I do love fresh ginger tea and honey. My other favorite! 🙂
Thanks Pamanner for your visit and the ‘like’ 🙂
You’re welcome 🙂
I came across this when you came across my own 🙂 An fair trade I’d say 😀 Some really nice stuff here. I’d appreciate any feedback on my own material, I’m still somewhat of a beginner lol. Also, can I find you on Facebook at all? 🙂
Ryan.
Why yes, indeed. Thanks for stopping by, too. No problem, I welcome feedback as well. Always revising! Pamela Rossow on FB! I’m part of a great writing group on FB you might be interested in. You can be published online so let me know if you’d like to join. 🙂
I love the term “poetic medication”
Thanks, Kris. That’s part of what poetry is for me 🙂
just came across your blog by chance. a nice blog.
Many thanks, Nirmal!
Thanks for the Like on my post. You got a nice blog here.
As do you! 🙂

Hi,
Thanks for stopping by :-). Glad to have you.
Pamela
do you mind if i give feedback and suggestions on your poems? i’ve read, written, and studied a lot of poetry, and sometimes i get this unstoppable urge to suggest this word or that, move something to somewhere else, etc. i hope you don’t mind if that happens. of course you have every ability to ignore it. but my philosophy is that i would rather offer help that is ignored than ignore someone who might have wanted the help.
I am always open to constructive criticism. Most of the time, a work is never “complete.” Thank-you.
Nice to meet you

It’s so great to meet you through Stu Nager, Pamela! =) I always love connecting with fellow freelance writers. =) What did you specialize in for your certificate in ethnic studies? I’ve been thinking a lot about anthro and socio lately after spending so much time in different countries. =)
Looking forward to staying in touch! =)
Awh, it’s great to “meet” you, too! Stu is amazing. The man doesn’t sleep (I think). I specialized in Native American and African-American studies and LOVED it! Anthro and sociology are sister disciplines so it would be hard for me to choose. However, sociology is my love 🙂 You should look into both and see what you think.
Looking forward to chatting more as well!
Great Blog! 😀
I also really like your picture! 😀
Great editing!
I Love editing pics too! 🙂
Thanks, Thaanie 🙂 I do love it! My mom wonders why I don’t instantaneously upload them 😉 I-just-can’t!
Thanks, hon!
Haha!
I uderstand! 🙂
* And Your Welcome!
Thank you for sharing yourself in this way. Very thought-provoking material…
You’re welcome :-). Thanks for dropping over!
I like your photo here (is it you?) Sky,sea, sand, person or in reverse order. A good place to ponder alone or a mountain top too. Toss out your thoughts and see how they come back to you. I NEED that quiet serenity! But I can’t seem to grab hold of it, if that’s even able to be done.
Yes, it is me :-). A great place to ponder since there are no mountain tops in sight! I’d take one, though, if I could! I need that quiet, too. I don’t think it can be grabbed . . . more like enticed. Thanks for dropping by! Cheers!
Hi friend , I feel you are like minded as me…i would love to follow your blog…

Great blog, Ma’am! 🙂
Why thank-you very much! 🙂
sir!
Ha ha ha! 🙂 You are very older than me, Ma’am. I do not yet deserve to be called “Sir” (possibly 20 years from now 🙂 )
Thanks for visiting and sorry to keep you awake with the latkes!
Ha-ha! They look wonderful! I made them once and they are a labor of love! Still thinking about them with applesauce and hot coffee!!! 🙂
