Oh,wow! You simply reminded me of my younger years. Did you know that it was my Italian friend who taught me to cook ? That’s how we prepared food…hahaha…complete it with meat pounding. I miss the polenta (it’s quite heavy for dinner) and the zucchini…oh so yummy! I like this post very very much bella :* Reply
My daughter is great in the kitchen! Even when she has to improvise without the meat mallet! Yes, the Polenta is yummy but rich. I love the squash! xo Reply
